ようこそ、Mitsu Japanese Street Foodへ。ここでは、日本のストリートフード文化の活気あふれる本格的な味を、サスカチュワンの中心にお届けします。私たちの旅は、2015年にオープンしたMitsu Sweet Caféから始まりました。このカフェは、日本のデザートと飲み物を本格的に提供する、居心地の良い空間として誕生しました。Mitsu Sweet Caféの成功を受け、私たちは寿司作りの技術に挑戦し、Mitsu Sushi Barを開店しました。ここでは、伝統的な日本の技術を大切にしながら、丁寧に作られた高品質の寿司をお客様にお届けしてきました。

Welcome to Mitsu Japanese Street Food, where we bring the vibrant and authentic flavors of Japan’s street food culture to the heart of Saskatchewan. Our journey began in 2015 with the opening of Mitsu Sweet Café, a cozy and welcoming space dedicated to offering a genuine taste of Japanese desserts and beverages. The success of Mitsu Sweet Café inspired us to explore the art of sushi-making, leading to the launch of Mitsu Sushi Bar, where we delighted our customers with meticulously crafted, high-quality sushi that stayed true to traditional Japanese techniques.
Our latest venture, Mitsu Japanese Street Food, is a celebration of the rich and diverse street food culture that thrives in the bustling markets of Japan. Here, we invite you to experience the flavors and traditions that have been cherished for generations. From the crispy Takoyaki, inspired by the streets of Tokyo, to the warm, comforting Taiyaki, typically enjoyed during winter visits to shrines, each dish tells a story of Japan’s culinary heritage.
